Alex at Mr. Fridge was excellent. The company got back to me on the same day that my fridge stopped working and sent a technician out the next morning! They came in the window of time and gave me a text 10 minutes before arrival. I was given a quote and there was no pressure. Once i decided on the repair it was done quickly and efficiantly. Alex and his partner were very professional and detail oriented in their repairs. I asked about repairing my fridge door's seal (the main problem was something else), and Alex was kind enough to let me know that I can possibly just order the part myself and look up how to install a new seal, rather than spending around $500 for a professional installation. That level of honesty is very difficult to come by, he could have just tried to steer me towards  scheduling a seal repair with Mr. Fridge. Good guys, would definitely recommend.

Excellent professional service from a very nice gentleman and his young assistant (son?).  They diagnosed the problem within minutes and had done the repair in just an hour.
